Short Description:  Nevada Senate Bill 204 (SB204) 2021 bill authorizes the DMV to issue driver’s licenses, identification cards, and various certificates in an electronic form. Surrender of Device: The law explicitly states that providing your mobile device for the purpose of displaying an electronic license does not constitute consent for an officer to search any other data or content on your device.
